User Data:

In order to use our mobile application, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information such Name including First and Last Name, Email Address, Mobile Phone Number and Contact Details, Postal Code. This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. The Information as supplied by the users enables us to improve our sites and provide you the most user-friendly experience.

By registering with us, you agree and allow us to use your Email Address and / or Mobile Phone Number to send your order transaction details, invoices / receipts, delivery status notifications.

 

Payment Details:

From our application you may choose a third party payment service provider of your choice for making the payment and you may agree to store your payment instrument details (not the sensitive information like cvv and password). 

 

SPDI:

We will not save any of the SPDI (Sensitive Personal Data Information) like password, financial information such as bank account, credit or debit card details, physical and confidential, physiological and mental health condition, biometric information.

Cookies:

A small file placed on your device by our mobile application when you either visit or use our mobile application . A cookie generally allows our app to remember your actions or preference for a certain period of time.

 

Reviews:

Your reviews feedback and opinion about our products and sevices will be stored with us and will be shared with our dealers for improvement pupose anonymously

Aqua Track owned by Tnd is the sole owner of the information collected on this mobile application. Aqua Track will only collect information that is provided by you through registration process and order placement. Tnd will not share this information with anyone other than the necessary requirement like order delivery. SAKRO will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. Any information regarding new products or services/changes in privacy policy will be communicated through push messages in the mobile application

Control of your information:

You may delete your account at any time and once you delete all your related informations other than the order details placed will be deleted from all our systems.

Information Security

Aqua Track (Tnd)  take precautions to protect your information. Once you submit sensitive information from our mobile application, the information is encrypted and transmitted to us. We also protect your data offline. Only the required employees will have access to your data. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. 

Policy Updates

The Aquatrack may change our Privacy Policy from time to time to incorporate necessary future changes. Of course, our use of any information we gather will always be consistent with the policy under which the information was collected, regardless of what the new policy may be.
